On www.booking-raindogs.com client (traveller) selects a country and a city/town, specifies number of nights and selects a currency in which he/she wants the booking amount to be displayed.
The booking comes in 4 steps:

1. selection of the facility: selection of the facility in required area. On the site there a list of accommodation facilities are displayed in the required locality that fulfill number of previously stated beds. The list displays short facility information, rating (if there is enough reviews to evaluate it), information about existence of bonuses and a price range.

2. beds selection: detail description of the facility and current online offer of the rooms in which the tourist can choose the beds.

• detail information, matters of interest and arrival description completed with pictures in some case by the map
• rating – evaluation made by previously accommodated clients
• bonuses – specification of bonuses currently set in the facility for the selected period including special offers
• review – verbal evaluation made by previously accommodated clients
• payment method in this accommodation facility

The right part of the site shows rooms proposal from which the traveller can choose the beds. During this selection the total amount of the booking is displayed continuously on the bottom.

3. booking summary: booking overall information – list of the booked beds and the price calculation for the selected accommodation period. On the right side of the screen client fills in his contact data. 5. my account: The client obtains the access to my account after first carried booking. The site is split in two parts – the upper one contains client contact data, in the lower one you can find the list of client’s bookings. Realized bookings can be evaluated in compliance with the following categories – cleanliness, fun, security, character, staff and locality. The bookings that weren’t realized yet can be cancelled at this point.
