How to use our system?

On-line system www.booking-raindogs.com can be used once the following three steps are performed:

• registration of the acommodation facilities
• room setup
• opening of the rooms

1. Accommodation facility registration: You access the registration site from www.booking-raindogs.com by clicking on the link "Register here!" or you can get there from the main menu („join us -> facility admin“). You proceed the registration once you fill the needful data into the conntact form.
Note:
default language – basic language of the facility, in it you will receive the e-mails from booking-raindogs.com regardless of which language the client used when making the booking.
currency – it can’t be changed any more once you enter it and save the site. In this currency bed prices will be displayed both in the facility administration and on the booking summary ! ! !
pictures – only .jpg pictures of the size 1000 x 1000 pix resp. 300 kB can be inserted.

When you finish the registration we assign your facility into the system and switch its status to „active“.

2. Rooms setup: when you get the login data (login, password) sign up, please into the application on: www.booking-raindogs.com/hosteladmin, or from the menu „join us -> facility admin“
Then on the site „room setup“ define particular rooms (one line = one room).
Note:
price – enter an initial „basic“ price of the room (in the previously choosen currency). On this site the currency cannot be changed later once it is saved ! ! ! Following price adjustments for specific periods will be maintained on the site „availability management“, let us say on the site „more options“.

On the same site utilize a possibility for definition of bonuses for the clients. You can also use setting of „optimized calculation“ of the private rooms price. When checking this option the price of private rooms will be calculated based on actual number of accommodated persons, so tourists don’t pay the price for the entire private room. Both bonuses and „optimized calculation“ will be presented to the travellers on websites www.booking-raindogs.com, (the bookmark „bonus“) before the client selects beds.
Note:
In case of using the option „optimized calculation“ remember that it is applied always for all private rooms in the facility!

3. The rooms opening: If everything is set according to your conception/idea do „open“ the rooms by checking the appropriate option on the site „more options“. Don’t forget to select a correct time interval and required rooms/room types.

As lately as by opening the rooms your accommodation facility will appear on www.booking-raindogs.com and the rooms will be offered to travellers!

Note:
You can close the rooms again anytime, for example during its reconstruction. Doing this the rooms will be excluded from the offer without necessity of their deletion. The same efect you can reach when you manually decrease the room availability to zero for required period.
