Well-arranged intuitive operation means easy handling – thanks to the setting of the web application you can set individual parameters of the services that you offer in your facility.

1. Login – Admin: Sign up into the application from the menu „join us -> facility admin“. By entering input data you get into the system. We recommend to change the password sent after your registration – change and save it on the site „contact information“!

2. Booking overview: After sign-up you get to the site „booking overview“.

3. Booking overview – actual booking: New bookings will be sent to you by e-mail, at the same time the booking appears on the site „booking overview“. Simultaneously automatic allocation of the appropriate beds is performed in the application (the number of available beds is decreased automatically). Up-to-date bookings for current day are red-coloured displayed in the list of bookings.
When you click on the booking you can see its detail. After clicking on the button „read“ on the bottom of the detail this booking is excluded from the default list of bookings. However, you can find it anytime using the filters on the bottom.

When a booking is read it can be opened again and „reallocated“. Doing this means the reallocated beds will be automatically released. Subsequently you have to manually allocate alternative beds in adequate number and quality on the site „availability management“ or „more options“ so that the booking can be seen.

Note:
Do not forget that you are working with on-line system – each incoming booking is obligatory. As a last resort you can perform a reallocation with the appropriate alternative.

4. Booking overview – booking display: Display of bookings by means of filters on the bottom. That way the bookings are shown which have been already read and therefore disappeared from the default list on the booking overview site (red-coloured bookings are the bookings for current day).

5. Availability management: On „availability management“ site check defined rooms, its prices and specified total number of beds. By re-writting them directly in the appropriate field you can adjust either a bed price for particular days or decrease a number of available beds on a room (this is important especially if some bookings already exist from a source different from booking-raindogs.com – prevention of duplicate bookings on one bed).

6. More options: For price and availability adjustment for longer time interval use the link „more options“. Here you can according to choosen criterions (time interval, selected days, selected rooms based on a type or on a name) perform changes of prices and number of available beds.
On „more options“ site you can also set a „special offer“, for specified rooms and time interval, it means you can for example highligt a price decrease. The special offer is within the system indicated on the site „availability management“ by a small red triangle in upper right corner of each day for which the offer is applied.
The existence of a special offer will be presented to the travellers on www.booking-raindogs.com as a bonus.

7. Booking overview – review: When you click on the link „customer reviews“ on default site „booking overview“ you can trace customers evaluations (for selected period) including a comment. By checking the box „add“ you ensure those commnets will be displayed on www.booking-raindogs.com on the site of your facility detail under the bookmark reviews.
